However, we do not warrant that product descriptions
or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Purchases and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide current, complete,
and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
This may include orders placed under the same customer account,
the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing/shipping address.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. UK Pickleball
Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services,
or other events outside of our control. Risk of loss and title
for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by
since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused
and in the same condition that you received it.

Perishable goods, intimate apparel, and gift cards are non-returnable.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

7. Limitation of Liability

or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising
from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

we provide you services shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
