We want you to play with total confidence. Whether you’re looking for the perfect weight or the right grip, our policy is designed to ensure you end up with the gear that truly elevates your game.

1. The ‘Perfect Match’ Test Drive (14 Days)

We know that "feel" is everything. To make sure you’ve
found the right fit, we offer a 14-day trial period on all gear.

  • Take it to the Court:

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to use your equipment. Play a few games and see how it handles.

  • No Questions Asked:

    If you decide it isn't the right match for your playing style, you can return it within this window for 100% Store Credit.

  • The Condition:

    Items must be returned in "good, played condition." While we expect signs of light use, we cannot accept returns with structural damage, deep chips, or permanent markings. Please include the original packaging.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods (30 Days)

If your items arrive damaged or develop a technical fault, we are here to make it right.

  • 30-Day Window:

    You have 30 days from receipt to notify us of any defects or damage.

  • Your Choice:

    For faulty goods, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method, a repair, or a replacement.

  • Incorrect Orders:

    If we’ve sent you the wrong item, we will exchange it immediately or issue a full refund, covering all delivery costs.

3. Delivery Issues

We aim to get your order to you within our specified timeframes.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us.
If goods are not delivered within 30 days,
you have the right to cancel your order for a full cash refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email
support@ukpickleballstore.co.uk with your order number.

  • Store Credit Returns:

    For 'Test Drive' returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Faulty Returns:

    We will provide a pre-paid return label for any items that arrive damaged or are confirmed faulty.

Exclusions

Items showing excessive wear or "abuse" (e.g., impact damage from hitting the net post).

Personalised or custom-made equipment.

Gift cards.

The "Perfect Match" Test Drive is limited to one
return per customer every six months to ensure we
can continue offering this service to the whole community.
